We help the customer by helping decide the type of flooring that is appropriate for their situation. Then if a backsplash or shower, we help with updating and educating the system we use for waterproofing, making their job unique to others, helping determine the sizes and colors that will work for them. Teri Carpenter was born into construction and design and regularly does workshops to stay with the trends, although traditional, forever design is her favorite. She also works along with some very talented interior designers for those who need more help than just floors, kitchens, and baths.
